  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email or use a trackable courier service to send the package back to our quality control warehouse.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your full refund or dispatch your exchanged jewelry within 5-7 business days.
